1. Online Payment – Adventist School Pay
Make payments and donations online – free of charge!
You can pay for course fees, field trips, hot lunches, registration fees, sports fees, and occasional tuition payments.
How to use Adventist School Pay:

For first-time users, click Register and follow the steps to create your account.

Check your email to activate your account and set your password.

Add each FVAA student by selecting “Add New Account/Student”.

Click “Done: Specify Amounts” and enter payment amounts in the appropriate fields.

Enter your name, address, and credit card information.

Request an email confirmation of your payment and forward a copy to the school for faster processing.

2. E-Transfer Payments
Send payments directly from your bank account
You can pay for the same fees as above using Interac e-Transfer.
How to send an e-transfer:

Send your payment to: etransfer@fvaa.net (no password required)

In the message section, clearly describe your payment (e.g., SA Fundraising – Pizza Order for Jane Doe).
