Tuition assistance does not cover registration fees or course fees. It is based on income level and assessed need.
FVAA has limited funds available for Tuition Assistance. Therefore, applications will be assessed on a first come first serve basis beginning with constituent members and the submission of a completed online application through FAST. Please see reverse side for details. For verification of income, a copy of your 2025 tax assessment must be uploaded through the FAST system.
Attendance Required:
Regular attendance is required for all students and is a consideration in the registration and re-registration of
students each year. A failure to maintain regular attendance for those receiving tuition assistance may jeopardize
student aid funds
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING STUDENT AID
For those applying for student aid, please note the following:
• Applications must be completed online by May 15, 2026 for returning students.
NOTE: You will be at risk of not receiving student aid if you apply after the deadline!
• You can access the application through our website www.fvaa.net by:
o Clicking the “Menu” tab
o Clicking the “Admission” Tab
o Clicking the “Student Aid Application” Tab
o Clicking the “Online Application” Tab
(this will take you to the Financial Aid for School Tuition “FAST” website)
• You can then follow the step-by-step process to complete your application
• Online instructions are available. Upon request, a copy of last year’s application can be made available to you through FVAA
• Only one application per family is needed
• You must forward your 2025 tax assessment(s) to the FVAA Accounting Office in PDF format and it will then be uploaded to the FAST website by the FVAA Accounting Office. Tax Assessments are due by June 30, 2026
• For budgetary purposes, please indicate on your FVAA financial form the amount of monthly tuition that you are requesting to pay
• $53 USD must be paid online via your credit card when applying. This fee is non-refundable.
• In the case of extreme hardship, please contact FVAA regarding the fee

Tuition/bus fees must be set up as recurring, preauthorized debit/credit card payments or pre-authorized debit,
unless prepaying for the year. A 3% surcharge will apply to all credit card payments. Please note that your
signature is needed each school year for pre-authorized credit or debit payments.
