Seventh-day Adventist education is based on the Biblical principle of service to God and man.  It seeks to assist each student to accept those values, which are essential to the development of a Christ-like character.  It will endeavor to help the student to discover the true sources of knowledge and to develop the technique to objective and creative thinking necessary to the search for truth throughout one’s lifetime. Education is vital in acquainting the student with the heritage of knowledge and academic disciplines available and helping one function effectively as an intelligent member of a changing society. The role of the school is to help students discover the valid sources and skills they need to make education and spiritual growth a lifetime experience.  We recognize that the Bible and nature are the most important sources of revelation to humanity and are amplified by the writings of Ellen G. White. The school’s program is based on the belief in the uniqueness and worth of each individual and the need for education of the whole person in the areas of spiritual, mental, physical, and social development.  These can be amplified in a practical way by preparing the student for witness and service within the community, finding fulfillment through these and their own career choices.
